Announcement on the Evaluation Result of Concept Schemes of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen
2018年2月9日，由深圳市特发集团有限公司组织的《深圳市小梅沙新海洋世界及高端全功能服务酒店建筑方案设计国际招标》概念方案评审会在深圳市盐田区召开。会议邀请了建筑、规划等专业背景的7位专家组成方案评审委员会，对6家受邀机构提交的建筑概念方案设计成果进行了认真审阅、讨论和评审并进行了记名投票。根据现场得票统计结果，确定了3家优胜机构分别如下（以下排名不分先后）：
On Feb. 9th, 2018, the Evaluation Meeting of Concept Schemes of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, organized by Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., was held in Yantian District, Shenzhen. The jury panel was constituted by seven experts from areas of architectural design, urban planning, and etc. The jury panel read and carried out discussion and evaluation on all the architectural concept schemes submitted by the six invited firms. According to the disclosed voting result, three winning firms are as follows (in no particular order):
·LEESER建筑师事务所；
LEESER Architects；
·联合体：株式会社佐藤综合计画 & 株式会社乃村工艺社；
Consortium: AXS Satow Inc. & Nomura Co., Ltd.
·扎哈·哈迪德建筑师事务所。
Zaha Hadid Limited, trading as Zaha Hadid Architects.
