深圳市特发集团有限公司就《深圳市小梅沙新海洋世界及高端全功能服务酒店建筑方案设计》进行了公开招标，经评标委员会评议及招标人定标，结果如下：
Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd. has held an open bidding for the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen, and by the review of the bidding commission and the final review of the tenderee, the bidding result is as follows:

依据《深圳市小梅沙新海洋世界及高端全功能服务酒店建筑方案设计国际招标参与须知》（优化设计阶段），深圳市特发集团有限公司将与第一名优胜机构就工作内容、合同价格等进行商务洽谈，如第一名优胜机构与主办单位无法就合同内容达成一致，主办单位有权依序与第二名、第三名优胜机构进行洽谈，并根据洽谈结果最终确定中标机构并授予建筑方案设计合同。
According to the Instruction to Applicants of the International Bidding of the Architectural Design for the New Ocean World & High-End Full-Service Hotel of Xiaomeisha Area, Shenzhen (Optimization Design Stage), Shenzhen Special Economic Zone Development Group Co., Ltd., will make business negotiation with the first-prize winner concerning the work content, contract price and etc. If they can’t reach an agreement on the contract content, the tenderee enjoys the right to negotiate with the second-prize winner and third-prize winner by order, and will decide the final winning bidder to whom the architectural design contract will be awarded according to the negotiation result.
为体现“公开、公平、公正”的原则，现对上述招标结果公示3个工作日。
The bidding result will be made public three working days for displaying the principles of openness， fairness and justness.
