NBBJ Beijing is seeking a Senior Interior Designer or Interior Architect to join our on-site construction administration team in Beijing currently working on a large corporate office building project for an internationally-renown software company. Required Qualities: ·Minimum 5 and preferably 10+ years of professional experience in Interior Design or Interior Architecture ·Bachelor degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or Architecture required ·Fluent English and Mandarin language skills (written and verbal) ·Extensive experience with on-site Construction Administration ·Knowledge of all aspects of interior design including tenant improvement design, local material and product selection, FF&E, vendor management ·Beijing resident or willing to relocate to Beijing ·Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel； knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and InDesign desired Desired Qualities: ·Successful track record of project leadership on large, complex corporate and mixed-use projects ·Strong communication skills, excellent client relationship skills and talent for working with teams locally and remotely ·Ability to research and solve complex technical building system issues through sound interior architectural principles and practices ·Ability and willingness to participate in the implementation of an aesthetic from concept to detail ·Desire to work in a highly collaborative environment Please email your resume and work samples to HRShanghai@nbbj.com (maximum file size is 2 megs).
