Intermediate Facility Planner – Beijing
As a specialized, multidisciplinary group within Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum (HOK), the world's leading design and services firm, Advance Strategies works with clients to help align their business strategies with their real estate, facilities, and workplaces, to effectively master change. Onsite Services is part of the Advance Strategies business unit and provides onsite real estate planning services to clients in a variety of locations. We have a full-time onsite position available in Beijing.

Responsibilities include:
Occupancy blocking and stacking.
Space planning
Producing “test fit” layouts.
Organizing and conducting business unit meetings.
Coordinating move, add and change information with business units including schedule coordination.
Coordinating furniture vendor activities.
Assisting with the development of department and business unit presentations as required.
Qualifications include:
BA in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Construction Science or related degree. Minimum of three years of facility planning experience.
Certification in facility management, interior design, architecture or engineering preferred.
Skills include:
Intermediate to advanced software skills with AutoCAD.
Intermediate software skills with Microsoft Office suite.
Demonstrated project management skills, delivering interior project in an office environment.
English language proficiency for speaking, reading and writing.
