The firm has seven specizlized practice areas: -Planning, Landscape, and Urban Design -Office, Retail, and Mixed-Use Development -Housing -Hotels, Conference Centers, Resorts and, Country Clubs -Healthcare and Senior Living Facilities -Education and Research Facilities -Public Projects 招聘职位: Coordinating Architect/Planner Responsibilities: -Working with north American senior architects/planners, principals and associates on China projects -Liaising with local renderers for rendering and animation work -Liaising with printers and model makers to ensure that their work is of good quality and is delivered on time to specified venues -Producing AutoCad working drawings (elevations and plans) based on hand sketches -Assist project architect and senior architect to deal with LDI and client on SD, DD, CD, CA stages -Acting as an interpreter for English speaking staff working with local design institutes and at meetings in China -Participating in interim working sessions and/or final presentations of project designs and plans with clients, government officials and China-based consultants and local design institutes -Recommending design and technical solutions to overcome problems and improve projects -Monitoring the changes in government policies and regulations affecting the architectural profession, land development and the uilding industry -Monitoring the key developers and media to identify trends and opportunities for architectural and planning work, such as design competitions -Obtain site information and suggest design guidelines, planning regulations and building codes to project architects -Downloading and uploading files to ftp site -Review technical terms on translation work -File meeting record after each project meeting Requirement -Fully bilingual (Chinese/English) -College degree and above, major in architecture/planning -2 years' working experience and above, had experience working in an international team before -Enjoy graphic design work -Have a good judgment on model and rendering work -Familiar with China's planning regulations, building/fire/landscape codes. -Verbal Communication, able to make presentations 联系方式: Connie Sun Tel: 86-21-62521040 Email: conniesun@163.net ■ 填写、查看我的简历，然后复制简历内容，发送到上面的E-mail或地址 >> ■ 更多招聘信息 >> ■ 精英人士，简历请同时抄送 hr@abbs.com |
