美国翰时（A&S）国际建筑设计咨询有限公司是由国内外建筑师共同创立的建筑设计公司，于2002年分别在美国亚特兰大和中国北京注册。公司的宗旨是：运用国际先进的建筑设计理念和成功的设计经验为中国的建筑事业绘制出最先进最切合实际的蓝图，造福于国家造福于人民。

A&S international Design is an international architecture design and consulting firm which was jointly established by the architects both at home and abroad. It was registered in 2002 respectively in Atlanta, USA and Beijing, China. With the advanced international architectural concept and successful experience, the firm is aiming to draw the most advanced and practical blueprint for China’s architectural development and brings welfare to the country and the people.

The principal architects in A&S have almost 20-year experiences in design practice in different parts of the world and China. They have rich experience and extensive professional knowledge in urban planning and all kinds of architectural design, including healthcare/lab facilities, residential property and public utilities. A&S has dedicated to incorporating high-tech architectural techniques and brand-new concepts like green ecology and environmental protection in their designs with unique Chinese culture and environment.

职位一：见习建筑师 8 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 建筑学专业大学4年级以上在读学生或应届毕业生。
2. 绘图能力强，理解能力强。
3. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up等常用绘图工具。
4. 能够协助完成一般民用建筑的方案至施工图设计。
5. 参加过医院，实验室设计课程培训的学生优先考虑。

Position One：Assistant Architect (8 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Major in Architecture, undergraduate student (grade 4 or above) or graduate.
2. Extensive ability in drawing and perception.
3. Strong experience in AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up and other drawing software.
4. Be able to assist design from concept design phase to construction drawing phase.
5. Experience in hospital design and laboratory design is preferred.

职位二：见习室内设计师 4 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 建筑学，环艺（室内）或相关专业大学4年级以上在读学生或应届毕业生。
2. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up等常用绘图工具。
3. 能够协助完成一般民用建筑的室内方案至施工图设计。
4. 参加过医院，实验室室内设计课程培训的学生优先考虑。

Position Two：Assistant Interior Designer (4 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Major in Architecture, Interior Design and other related subjects, undergraduate student (grade 4 or above) or graduate.
2. Strong experience in AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up and other drawing software.
3. Be able to assist interior design from concept design phase to construction drawing phase.
4. Experience in hospital and laboratory interior design is preferred.

职位三：室内设计师2人
职位描述及要求：
1、建筑学，环艺（室内）大学本科以上学历，4年工作经验。
2、方案创意能力强，熟悉设计工作流程，有组织设计的经验。
3、能够完成草图创意设计，熟悉设计软件，能够指导并审核施工图，了解材料和施工工艺。
4、口头表达和文字表达能力强。
5. 有医院，实验室室内设计经验者优先考虑。

Position Three：Interior Designer (2 persons)
Descriptions:
1. At least bachelor degree, major in Architecture, or Interior Design with 4 years working experience.
2. Strong ability in creative design, familiar with design work flow.
3. Be able to finish sketch design, and guide construction drawings; strong experience with drawing software; experienced in material selections and construction techniques.
4. Extensive ability in oral and written skills.
5. Experience in hospital and laboratory interior design is preferred.

职位四：建筑师 10 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 建筑学专业本科以上学历，具有丰富的设计工作经历。
2. 平面推敲能力较强，能够独立完成一般民用建筑的从方案到施工图设计。
3. 有施工图绘制（5万平方米以上）经验。
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up等常用绘图工具。
5. 有医院，实验室设计经验者优先考虑。
6. 知名学府或有国外留学经验者优先考虑。
7. 能用英语进行日常交流及工作。

Position Four：Architect (10 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture, with at least 4 years experience.
2. Extensive ability in drawing and perception; be able to design from concept design phase to construction drawing phase independently.
3. Experienced in construction drawings (at least 50,000m2).
4. Strong experience in AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up and other drawing software.
5. Experience in hospital design and laboratory design is preferred.
6. Well-known university graduates or oversea experience is preferred.
7. Be able to use English for daily communications.

职位五：（医院及实验室）项目经理助理 2 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 建筑学专业本科以上学历。
2. 具有五年以上主持过或者参与过医院实验室项目设计经历。
3. 能够独立完成一般民用建筑的从方案到施工图设计。
4. 有施工图绘制（5-8万平方米以上）经验。
5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up，Word, Excel, Power Point 等常用软件。
6. 知名学府或有国外留学经验者优先考虑。
7. 能用英语进行日常交流及工作。
8. 有团队精神和牺牲精神，心态好。

Position Five：(Hospital & Laboratory) Assistant to Project Manager (2 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture.
2. Working as team leader in hospital & laboratory projects for at least 5 years.
3. Be able to design from concept design phase to construction drawing phase independently.
4. Experienced in construction drawings (at least 50,000-80,000m2).
5. Strong experience in AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up and other drawing software.
6. Well-known university graduates or oversea experience is preferred.
7. Be able to use English for daily communications.
8. Team working is required.

职位六：（医院及实验室）建筑设计师 2 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 建筑学专业本科以上学历，2-4年工作经验。
2. 造型能力较强，能够独立完成一般民用建筑的从方案到施工图设计。
3. 有施工图绘制（3-5万平方米以上）经验。
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up等常用绘图工具。
5. 知名学府或有国外留学经验者优先考虑。
6. 能用英语进行日常交流及工作。
7. 有团队精神，心态好。

Position Six：(Hospital & Laboratory) Architectural Designer (2 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Architecture, working in hospital & laboratory projects for at least 2-4 years.
2. Be able to design from concept design phase to construction drawing phase independently.
3. Experienced in construction drawings (at least 30,000-50,000m2).
4. Strong experience in AutoCAD，3D Max，Photoshop，Sketch Up and other drawing software.
5. Well-known university graduates or oversea experience is preferred.
6. Be able to use English for daily communications.
7. Team working is required.

职位七：专职翻译 1 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 翻译建筑业相关材料及公司日常往来信函，如建筑设计说明、设计规范等。
2. 主要方向为英语与中文的口、笔互译。具备很强的英语听、说、读、写能力。
3. 本科以上学历、英语类专业，专业英语六级以上。
4. 知名学府（如北京大学外语系）或有国外留学经验者优先考虑。
5. 有建筑业相关材料英文资料翻译经验者优先考虑。

Position Seven: Professional Translator (1 persons)
Descriptions:
1. Responsible for daily business communications with foreign companies.
2. Extensive Chinese-English oral and written skill is required.
3. Bachelor degree or above, major in English Literature, professional English level 6 or above.
4. Well-known university graduates or oversea experience is preferred.
5. Architecture related English translation skill is preferred.

职位八：设备专业设计师 4 人（给排水，暖通，机电，电　各1人）
职位描述及要求：
1. 相关专业本科以上学历，具有2-4年设计工作经历。
2. 能够独立完成一般民用建筑的从方案到施工图的配套设备设计。
3. 有施工图绘制（5万平方米以上）经验。
4. 熟练掌握AutoCAD及相关专业软件。
5. 通过消防设计资质考试者优先考虑。
6. 有医院，实验室设计经验者优先考虑。
7. 知名学府或有国外留学经验者优先考虑。
8. 能用英语进行日常交流及工作。

Position Eight：Mechanical Engineer (4 persons, HVAC, Plumping, Mechanical and Electric, one each)
Descriptions:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical and related subjects, with at least 2-4 years.
2. Be able to design for facilities from concept design phase to construction drawing phase independently.
3. Experienced in construction drawings (at least 50,000m2).
4. Strong experience in AutoCAD and other drawing software.
5. Qualified with fire protection design certificate is preferred.
6. Experience in hospital design and laboratory design is preferred.
7. Well-known university graduates or oversea experience is preferred.
8. Be able to use English for daily communications.

职位九：前台文秘 (Receptionist) 2 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 来宾接待。
2. 负责公司内部通讯录的及时变更、打印、颁发。
3. 负责管理日常办公设备：每日检查打印机、复印机、传真机的纸张使用及用墨情况，每日维护和保养公司内部的固定物品(包括摆放在外的植物)。
4. 公司文件的打印、颁发、记录工作。
5. 负责员工出差预定机票、火车票、客房等，差旅人员行程及联络登记。
6. 登记、归档公司图书资料及文件保管。
7. 回答询问，收集客户、访客、及其他单位的信息；提供有关公司、办事处地址、公司员工的信息；完成领导分配其他的文职工作。
8. 相貌气质佳，普通话标准，英语基本对话流利。

职位十：市场开发专员 (Market Coordinator) 2 人
职位描述及要求：
1. 相关专业本科以上学历，具有丰富的工作经历。
2. 协助公司开发城市社区规划，医疗中心，生物技术研究设施等项目。
3. 整理客户资料，跟踪市场信息，及时反馈客户意见。
4. 翻译整理项目相关资料及文件。
5. 医学、药学本科及以上毕业的优先考虑。
6. 有留学经历或同类外资企业工作经验的优先考虑。
7. 能用英语进行日常交流及工作。
