Project Architect 项目建筑师 1.1 Major in Architecture, bachelor degree or above. 建筑学专业毕业,本科学历或以上； 1.2 more than 5 years working experience in design institute，2 years working experience in foreign design company will be priority. 5年以上设计院工作经验,有2年外企工作经验优先； 1.3 Design experience with large scale public buildings and residential buildings will be a plus. 有大型公建以及住宅设计经验优先； 1.4 Be familiar with the related design standard. 熟悉国内相关设计规范； 1.5 Fluency in English (CET6) .French or German will be a plus 英语熟练(CET6级).懂德语,法语优先； 1.6 Good command of Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office. 熟练掌握Auto CAD, Photoshop, In Design, Sketch Up, Illustrator and Microsoft Office等办公软件． 1.7 Love design； with strong sense of responsibility have good team-work spirit. 热爱建筑设计， 具备很强责任心和良好的团队协作精神； 1.8 Good communication skills and strong Customer Service Consciousness 良好的沟通能力和服务意识。 2. Junior Architect （Drafting）助理建筑师（设计制图） 2.1 Major in Architecture, Bachelor Degree or above, Master degree will be priority. 建筑学专业毕业,本科学历以上，硕士学历优先. 2.2 More than 2 years experience in design institute, experience in a foreign design company will be a priority. 设计院2年工作经验，有外企工作经验者优先。 2.3 Design experience of large scale public buildings and residence houses. Be familiar with the related design standard 大中型公建以及住宅设计经验； 2.4 Be familiar with the related design standard. 熟悉国内相关设计规范； 2.5 Good in English (CET4), can use English in daily communication. Internship designer 实习设计师 4.1 Major in architecture, excellent fresh graduate or university student. 建筑学专业，优秀应届毕业生或在校学生； 4.2 Good in English (CET4), can use English in daily communication.
