Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture
  • Fluency in both verbal and written Mandarin and English.
  • 5 years experience minimum
  • Working knowledge of Architectural software
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in contract negotiations
  • Knowledge on projects budget and schedule control
  • Understanding of local building regulations and practices

INTERIOR PROJECT MANAGER

Candidates should posses the following –

  • Minimum 8 years’ professional experience in related field.
  • Experience in commercial retail, hospitality and corporate interiors.
  • Excellent organization & communication skills
  • Experience working in an international firm required
  • Good client, account management and on-site coordination skills required 
  • Spoken and Written Mandarin & English fluency required
  • LEED AP a plus
  • Knowledge in CAD, MS office and project

 

SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNERS/ HOSPITALITY DESIGNER

高级室内设计师

Candidates should posses the following –

  • Minimum 8 years’ working experience in commercial, retail & hospitality experience required.
  • Ability to direct and lead design team from conceptual inception of project to project completion
  • Experience working in an international firm required
  • Strong verbal and graphic presentation skills required
  • Technical competency in CAD, Photoshop & Office software required 
  • LEED AP a plus
  • Spoken and Written English fluency required
  • Mandarin abilities a plus
