17．Port Engineer – Beijing

· Parameters of port navigation requirements e.g. entrance channels, basin & turning dimensions etc.

· Port infrastructure development e.g. quay walls, surfacing, services, break waters, revetments etc.

· Prime port cargo operations e.g. liquid bulk, solid bulk, break bulk, container terminals etc.

· Port property usage e.g. operational area, value add services, warehousing, back of berth services

· Port capacity e.g. infrastructure, equipment, latent capacity calculation

· Understand principles driving major cargo / secondary port operation growth / trend forecasting e.g. industrial production, trade routes, agreements, supply & demand factors

· Understand typical port planning methodology e.g. status quo investigation, market forecast, capacity analysis, capacity alternatives comparison & evaluation, recommendations

· Concept, pre-feasibility, feasibility, business case development

· Financial analysis e.g. NPV, IRR, PI, DPP

· Report writing, presentation skills

18．Water Engineer – Beijing

· Provide technical services for water related projects/programs.

· Completion of water and wastewater infrastructure concept and detailed design and documentation.

· Preparation of strategies for the provision of water and wastewater services to develop business opportunities.

· Provide assistance and instruction to junior staff members as required.

· Coordinate multi-discipline teams to ensure on time and on program completion of projects requiring a multi-discipline input.
